I’m a software engineer at Salesforce. I help AI agents turn requests into actions across the platform, using the permissions and business logic customers already have.

Salesforce

2021 — Present

Senior Member of Technical Staff

I was recruited to a Platform tiger team, where I now lead day-to-day engineering. My work on the MCP server lets AI agents discover and run Salesforce operations through one connection, under customers’ existing permissions.

I also helped build the Factory, which turns platform features into APIs and agent skills. It gives feature teams a shared way to make their capabilities available to agents. Teams across Salesforce have now onboarded.

External Services

I led eight engineers building the framework that lets Agentforce securely invoke thousands of Salesforce APIs. We cut per-API onboarding from weeks to hours, saving internal teams 600+ engineering weeks.

Our team also designed versioning that lets admins choose API operation versions at runtime, so schemas can evolve without breaking existing integrations.

Named Credentials

Our team redesigned the authentication framework that lets developers securely connect Salesforce to external systems. We rolled it out across the platform with full feature parity, supporting 8B+ monthly callouts.
